Maintenance dues vary per location. They cover your water, sewer, and use of all amenities, common grounds, and all maintenance and upkeep of the resort. Each site has its’ own electric meter and you will be billed monthly for your electric usage.

NO. You own a site specific membership that entitles you exclusive use to that site. Subject to the Membership Rules and Regulations you may rent or sell your site at any time.    

Yes. Two pets are allowed as long as they are on a leash and not a disturbance to any of the other members.

No. We want to keep a resort atmosphere and have stipulated that members, friends and renters stay no more than a cumulative of 179 days per calendar year.

Yes. You may rent or allow friends and family access to your RV site. Visitors must be provided a copy of the Membership Rules and Regulations and abide by them.
